Carl began his career in the 1990s as a drywall and paint contractor, working on numerous high-profile projects in neighborhoods such as Kapstone Crossing, Brookberry Farms, and many others. His dedication to quality and attention to detail quickly earned him a reputation as a reliable and skilled craftsman.

In 2016, Carl expanded his expertise and founded Anew Homes, initially focusing on home renovations. His commitment to excellence soon led to a broader range of services, including custom home builds. Today, Anew Homes is recognized throughout several counties in North Carolina for its distinctive designs, exceptional craftsmanship, and a client-first approach to the home-building process.
